How hotel delivery works
Tell us the property name at booking. The evening before your arrival we text you the delivery window; on the day, our driver checks the unit in with Bell Services or the front desk and we text you the name of the person who took it.
Charging happens in your room from a standard outlet — about eight hours for a full battery, which is a full park day of range. On your final morning, leave the scooter with the same desk. There is nothing to sign and no return trip.
If your flight is delayed or your plans move, call us. Re-timing a delivery costs nothing and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the window.
