In almost every case we hand the unit to Bell Services or the front desk and text you the moment it lands, so you do not need to be there. At Orlando International Airport and at Port Canaveral we meet you in person, because those handovers are timed to a flight or an embarkation window.

Policies
Rental requirements & policies
Renters must be 18 or older with a valid photo ID and a credit or debit card in the same name. Scooters are not medical devices and no prescription is required, with the single exception of oxygen concentrators, which do require one.
Riders should be able to transfer on and off the seat unaided or with the help of a companion. Weight limits are printed on every unit and stated on each product page — do not exceed them, as it affects braking on ramps. Damage waiver is included; deliberate damage, submersion and theft are not covered.
Cancel free up to 24 hours before your delivery window. Inside 24 hours we charge one day's rate. Extensions are billed at the same daily rate and can be arranged by phone.
