How much does it cost to rent a mobility scooter in Florida?

Standard mobility scooters start at $35 a day or $175 a week, with free delivery across the Orlando metro. ECVs start at $39 a day and heavy duty scooters at $55 a day. Every rate includes delivery, collection, charger and damage waiver.

Do you deliver to my hotel?

Yes. We deliver free to any hotel, resort or vacation home in the Orlando metro, including Disney-area resorts, Universal resorts and International Drive. The unit is left with Bell Services or the front desk before you arrive.

Do I need to be there at delivery?

No. In almost every case we leave the scooter with Bell Services or the front desk and text you when it is there. At the airport and the cruise port we meet you in person.

How far will a scooter go on one charge?

Our standard scooters travel 12–16 miles per charge and the extended range models go 20–25 miles. A full park day typically uses 8–11 miles, so you charge overnight in your room.

Can I take the scooter on a park bus or a cruise ship?

Yes. Park buses have ramps and mobility spaces. Cruise lines allow scooters provided the unit fits inside your stateroom rather than the corridor — our travel models are sized for that.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your delivery window, refunded in full. Inside 24 hours we charge one day's rate.

Yes, and the difference grows with each day. In-park rentals are charged per park per day and must be returned at closing. Our scooter stays with you at the hotel, on the bus and at dinner.

Standard delivery windows run 7:00am to 10:00pm daily. Earlier or later windows are available for $25.

What if the scooter breaks down?

Call us and we swap the unit. Our service area covers the whole metro and the typical replacement time is under 90 minutes.

Do you rent to visitors staying in vacation homes?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Kissimmee, Davenport, Windermere, Celebration and the US-192 corridor are all inside our free delivery area.

Is there a weight limit?

Accepted Answer

Standard scooters carry 300 lb and extended range models 350 lb. Our heavy duty range goes to 500 lb with a 24-inch seat.
