Do I need to be there when you deliver?

Usually not. For most hotels we hand the unit to Bell Services or the front desk and text you as soon as it is there. For Disney-owned resorts and airport deliveries we meet you in person at the time you pick.

Do you deliver inside the theme parks?

No. Parks do not allow outside vendors past the gates. We deliver to your hotel, resort or vacation home, and your unit stays with you all day — on the bus, at the park and at dinner.

At Disney resorts you meet our driver for pickup. At non-Disney hotels you can simply leave the equipment with bell services or the front desk.

Standard windows run 7:00am to 10:00pm ET every day. Outside-hours windows can be arranged for $25.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can. Holidays, spring break, summer and big convention weeks sell out. Reservations can be made up to a year ahead and cost the same whenever you book.

We take no deposit. Once we confirm availability we send a secure payment link that accepts all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay by phone during opening hours.

Why can't I pick a certain date?

If a date or unit is not offered, that category is sold out. Try a different equipment type or date, or call us — we often hold a small reserve fleet.

Can I rent more than one unit?

Yes. Multiple scooters and strollers can go on one booking and arrive in one delivery — handy for families and convention groups.

Anyone 18 or older with valid photo ID and a payment card in the same name. International visitors may be asked for a passport.

Yes, subject to availability. Call before your rental ends and we bill the extra days at the same daily rate.

How far will a scooter go on one charge?

Standard scooters cover 12–16 miles per charge and extended range models 20–25 miles. A full park day is typically 8–11 miles, so charge overnight in your room and you will not run out.

Are the scooters hard to operate?

No. Everything is a twist-throttle or lever, with a variable speed dial. Our driver walks you through it at handover, and most riders are confident in a couple of minutes.

Is there a weight limit?

Standard scooters carry 300 lb, extended range models 400 lb, and our 400 lb scooters goes to 400 lb with a 24-inch seat.

Can the scooters get wet?

Rain covers the tiller only. Electric components will fail if soaked, so cover the console in a shower and get under shelter. A wet unit must be fully dry before it will run again.

Do you supply rain covers and chargers?

Yes, both are included free with every electric unit. They must come back with the equipment — a lost charger is $75 and a lost rain cover $30.

Why is my scooter beeping when it is charged?

The freewheel lever is almost certainly in the free position. Turn the key off, push the lever behind the rear wheel back to the drive or lock position, then restart.

What if the scooter stops working during my trip?

Call the number on the unit. We troubleshoot by phone first, and if that does not fix it we bring a replacement — the typical swap time across the metro is under 90 minutes.

How quickly do you replace a broken scooter?

Our goal is to resolve any replacement within about an hour during operating hours, though park events and traffic can add time.

Can the equipment be used on Disney transportation?

Yes. Our scooters and strollers can use Disney buses, boats, the monorail and the Skyliner, subject to size and accessory rules.

Can I keep the scooter at my hotel overnight?

Yes. The unit stays with you for the whole rental — store it safely and charge it overnight.

Do you rent strollers too?

Yes. Single strollers at $80 for 1–3 days and double strollers at $90 for 1–3 days can be bundled with a scooter on the same delivery. We do not rent wheelchairs.

How much does a scooter rental cost in Orlando?

The Go-Go Sport is $59 for one day, $135 for 1–3 days and $225 for 4–7 days. The Victory 10 is $79 for one day, $155 for 1–3 days and $245 for 4–7 days. Delivery, collection, charger, basket and rain cover are all included, and Damage Protection is an optional $20 add-on.

What is the optional $20 Damage Protection?

Damage Protection is an optional one-time $20 add-on you can tick at checkout. It covers accidental physical damage to the equipment during normal use, including damage caused by the rider or by another person in the parks. It does not cover theft, loss or intentional damage, and it is not insurance. Full details are on our terms of service page.

Do I have to buy Damage Protection?

No. It is entirely optional — just leave the box unticked. If you decline it, you may be financially responsible for damage to the equipment under the rental agreement.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your delivery window, refunded in full. Inside 24 hours we charge one day's rate. There are no refunds after delivery or for early returns.

Is renting from you cheaper than renting inside the parks?

Yes, and the gap widens every day. In-park mobility scooters are charged per park per day and must be returned at closing, while our unit is one flat daily rate and stays with you the whole trip.
