Rental Terms & Conditions
The rules that apply to every rental agreement with Mobility Rentals Florida.
1. Eligibility
Renters must be 18 or older with valid photo ID and a payment card in the same name.
2. Payment
No deposit is taken. The rental total is charged when you accept the confirmation link. Extensions are billed at the daily rate in force at the time of booking.
3. Delivery and collection
Delivery is free within the Orlando metro. Units are handed to hotel staff where the guest is not present; that handover completes delivery. Collection is from the same location unless agreed otherwise.
4. Use and weight limits
Equipment must be used only by the named renter and only within the stated weight limit. Riders must not use equipment on roads, in water, or while under the influence of alcohol or medication that impairs control.
5. Damage waiver
A damage waiver is included and covers accidental damage. It does not cover theft, submersion, deliberate damage or loss of the charger.
6. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your delivery window. Inside 24 hours, one day's rate is charged.
7. Liability
Equipment is supplied as a mobility convenience, not a medical device. Renters accept responsibility for safe operation. Our liability is limited to the value of the rental.
8. Independence
We are an independent company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any theme park, resort or cruise line.
