What we collect

Name, email, phone number, delivery address, rental dates and any notes you give us, such as a flight number or rider weight. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.

Why we collect it

To confirm availability, deliver and collect equipment, contact you about your rental and meet our accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only our delivery drivers and, where a handover requires it, the hotel or terminal staff receiving the unit. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Rental records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Marketing contact details are removed on request at any time.
