Our story
Why we started
We started after a family trip where a grandparent was quoted one price online and charged another at the door. Everything about this business is a reaction to that: rates printed on the site, delivery included, no deposit and no insurance upsell at handover.
Today we run a fleet of around 240 units out of a depot on Kirkman Road, delivering to theme park resorts, International Drive convention hotels, Kissimmee vacation homes, Orlando International Airport and the cruise terminals at Port Canaveral.
We are an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any theme park, resort or cruise line, and we never claim to be.
How we work
Our standards
Every unit is sanitised and battery-tested between rentals. Drivers photograph each handover. If a scooter fails, we swap it — typically inside 90 minutes anywhere in the metro — and we do not charge for mechanical faults.
If we cannot supply the right unit for a rider's weight or a venue's terrain, we say so rather than sending something that will not work.
