Scooter Rental Orlando Convention Center — Delivered to Your Booth or Hotel

The Orange County Convention Center is the second-largest convention facility in the United States at roughly 7 million square feet across the West and North/South buildings. Exhibitors regularly log 6 to 9 miles a day on carpet and concrete, which is why we deliver to I-Drive hotels and to the concourse entrances rather than making you collect a unit.

Delivery inside the International Drive corridor is free, and there is a three-day minimum: $135 covers 1–3 days and $225 covers 4–7 days, with each additional day at $20. Most shows run four days, so the $225 tier covers move-in, the full floor and tear-down.

For exhibitor move-in we can deliver before 7:00am by arrangement ($25 out-of-hours fee) so your scooter is on the floor before freight. Batteries are charged in your hotel room overnight; the West Building business centre also has charging points if you need a top-up between halls.

We deliver to Concourse entrances of the West or North/South building, or your I-Drive hotel. You get a text with the driver's name and the exact spot the evening before, and a second text the moment the unit is in place.

Accessible parking is in the West Concourse garage, closest to the registration halls.
