Scooter Rental at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Orlando

Deliveries go to Bell Services. Give us your arrival date at booking and we place the unit the morning of your check-in, so it is waiting whatever time you land. You will get a text with the name of the person who signed for it.

A single large tower with a long convention level below it; the walk from the guest lifts to the meeting rooms is a few hundred feet of carpet.

Shuttle bays are ramped; the resort connects to Waldorf Astoria on foot.

Convention attendees should take the dual-battery mobility scooter — carpeted meeting floors drain a single battery faster than pavement.

Tower rooms have step-free entries and a standard outlet by the desk for overnight charging.

Charge the scooter in your room overnight from a standard outlet — never in a corridor, as most properties treat that as a fire-exit obstruction. Park it inside the room by the desk or wardrobe; every unit we deliver fits through a standard guest room door.
